What will change?
- Corporate brand name & company style
- The change relates to our new brand name and our new company style. Our new brand name of DFE Pharma combines the former names DOMO-pharma and DMV-Fonterra Excipients into one new name. Our logo has been restyled and our company style rejuvenated. From today you will see that most customer facing documents, such as letterheads and brochures, are available in this new company style.
- Product related documents
- Design will change to incorporate the new company style.
- Internet site
- There is one new DFE Pharma internet site: www.dfepharma.com. You will automatically be re-directed to this site with all content you were used to from the previous sites www.dmv-fonterra-excipients.com and www.domo-pharma.com and www.lactose.com.
- Extranet
- The previous extranet content will now be found at www.dfepharma.com.
- Phone numbers
- One central phone number: +49-2823-9288 77-0.
- E-mail addresses
- All e-mail addresses will change to “firstname.lastname@dfepharma.com”. E-mails to previous addresses will automatically be forwarded to the new adresses.
- New product brochures
- All our brochures are updated and available for all our product groups: DFE Pharma Starch, Lactose, Inhalation and Superdisintegrants.
New packaging design
From January 2012 onwards, customers will receive products in the new packaging layout. The changes only relate to the packaging and label design. The current manufacturing sites, product specifications and manufacturing processes are not affected.
What will NOT change?
- Our legal name
- DMV-Fonterra Excipients GmbH & Co. KG remains unchanged.
- Product brand names
- Lactochem®, Lactohale®, Lactopress®, Pharmatose®, Primellose®, Primojel®, Respitose®, SuperStarch® and SuperTab® remain unchanged. No products will be discontinued.
- Product specifications
- Manufacturing sites
- Manufacturing processes
- Release processes
- Quality system
