Are there delivery related documents changes?

Yes, the letterheads of all documents will be changed from date of going live. (24-10-2011)

The previous extranet content will now be found at www.dfepharma.com. The content will be available as of October 24 in the excipient pages and the easy-to-use knowledge database.

How will you notify me when I will receive the new labeled products so that I can make the required changes my end?

You will be informed before goods left our warehouse by mail.

I do not see the product I purchase in the brochure. Can I still buy it?

No products have been discontinued, if a product is not in the brochure then it is not within our key or specialty ranges of products and most probably customised to your specific needs.

What changes do we have to make for import licence?

All customers who have done their registration correct on legal name or production site do not need to change anything.

What happens to my contract / agreements?

Nothing.

What happens to the sample requests from before October 2011?

Samples will be sent out from stock. As long as we have old labelled stock this will be sent out and customer will be informed accordingly.

When will the documents on extranet change?

End of October 2011.

When would I receive products with changes?

This is depending on stock level, but you will be informed with first delivery from new packaging lay-out & from 1/1/2012 onwards.

Which name should I use when I approve product from your company

Product name of the product you approve.

Will bank details change? (internal remark to inform address for L/C )

Will I ever receive mixed pallets of differently labelled product?

There will be no mixed pallets of different labelled products shipped.

Will the phone- fax number and email addresses change?

Sales and contact person will not change, contact phone, fax (For DOMO) and email address will change.
